Very bad Customer Service...........people are not friendly and disgusting long processes...
Very pathetic customer service. It's been struggle to get my own escrow payments from month and half. People don't respond and DO NOT care of Customers. I was sent void check and penalty at my bank. NO one listens at Homepoint and still struggling to even get response to email. Would never recommend to anyone!!
