This Apartment complex was very well kept when I first moved in. But since then it has been taken over by new management. They are very rude and unwilling to treat you like you are human! Profanity was written in the hallway of the complex and they refused to do anything about it. My car was broken into twice, and 2 murders within 2 days were committed. I do not reccommend this property. The children in the complex run in front of cars and need dicipline!
well things have improved far much...Yes there a kids it is a familing dwelling so residents should always beware of children.. Stonegate offers lots of room in the townhomes... the bad part it is in KCMO school district. People tend to hanging with the hot weather and they can improve parking.
