Terrible. My uncle was there. I told them he needed an evaluation and medication for anger episodes. They never followed through and then I was in Florida and they sent him to the hospital and would not let him return. Then they charged us for two weeks because his suitcase , clothes a clock and some pictures were in the room. They never told me they needed to be removed. My grandma was recently at resident at Stonegate. I was excited to read of their culture and their dedication to providing excellent care and service to their residents. I was terribly dissapointed by what we actually experienced. Aside from the physical therapy department - we did not have a good experience. She wasn't cared for her based on her needs or what was in her best interest, no one ever had a direct answer or suggestion on what is next.
