When they installed my full backsplash the installer scratched our corner cabinet. The Stongate installer said to let them know the cost of the damages and they would make it right. We also had issues with the caulk failing around the sink and allowing water to get in and the sink to move. I made many attempts to contact them via phone and email but they would not respond. We had to hire a contactor to fix the issues with the sink and remove the cabinet and have it refinished by the manufacturer at a cost to us!! The counter... read more
We did have problems with our install but with communication they resolved the issues to our satisfaction! We are happy our project is complete!
Horrible customer service was told they didn’t want to do my Granite because it wasn’t cost effective for them. You are the ones that set your prices. Avoid dealing with them.
All around I am very happy I choose Stonegate for my granite countertop. They were always on time, courteous, and professional. Because of the old construction of my condo, there were issues with walls and floors not being square and level. While I did my best to level cabinets they were still not perfectly level. Stonegate took care of the problems and the countertop looks great. I had three quotes for this job and Stonegate was the most affordable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
