My client purchased a home from this neighborhood. The home was built in 45 days. There was some imperfections during the walk-through that my buyers were concerned about and Bobby and Trev worked extremely hard to get all of those things fixed by settlement. The house was beautiful. The sales associate Brian Armstrong went above and beyond to make sure that my clients were happy. I would definitely recommend working with this team and buying another home in this neighborhood.
They are still building in that section the home look great but you would have to have a big income the house's are selling for 800,000 or more
