Nearly three months now since we moved out of state after 2 years residing at Stonegate Crossroads, but we will forever remember fondly this time period in our lives. Rico, our little pet Pomeranian also agrees, as he too enjoyed our regular strolls along the many wooded and grassy areas. We highly recommend Stonegate. While we greatly enjoyed our modern apartment and stay at Stonegate with all of it's amenities, it would be remiss of us to not mention the great management and maintenance staff who make all of this possible ... read more
As everyone else has stated, they will try to make you pay for new carpet no matter how clean you keep it. We were only there 7 months. Were told at our walk through prior to moving out that they’d be charging us for all new blinds (even though they also said they were going to upgrade them at move out anyway), new toilet seats, and entire carpet replacement. Luckily we had taken pics and videos when we moved in so we were able to prove everything was as it was when we moved in or better. The toilet was disgusting upon move ... read more
AC unit has been out, called office customer service horrible. Asked for Corporate number and was declined. Will be calling a lawyer to have this looked into, what luxury is it to live in a unit with no AC -
Maintenance was great they fixed my AC unit in less then 6 houes
