Good location! About 20 minutes from UVA!
Proper management is lacking. Results in experiences from inconvenient to traumatic. A myriad of excuses were provided, guilt & blame passed. I remain utterly disappointed & unimpressed.
My friend lives there it's nice 🦆
Would've loved to live here...but the hoops to go thru to get it is insanity. Annual rent of $24k, I offered them up $78k in income, with a cosigner who makes ~100k, and got denied. Scam for that app fee, if you ask my opinion.
