Owner is horrible and disrespectful, and money hungry. They will find anything to charge and deduct on your security deposit. Stay away and find another place to rent.
So True The landlady very arrogant rude disrespectful lying a—bag I’ve ever met nobody likes her behind and Leo kisses her but the place is filthy the carpet is old they are too cheap to upgrade terrible terrible terrible stay away
This place is just horrible. The floor plan and brand new building look appeal. But the greedy and rude landlady makes this place almost unlivable. They are know for not refunding the safety deposit. Even if they do, they always find ways to deduct almost half of the deposit. If you look closer at the back of the lease agreement, they list things that are subject to deduction.
