These people were so rude that it was shocking. At some point their agent kept asking for me to send a picture of my social security card and she kept refusing to just see it in person 🙃. Then, I didn’t want to give my down deposit with out meeting with the office manger and seeing my lease. I was told it could take up to four days for the manger to get back to me after the payment. This facility is outdated. The apartments are out of the 50's, layers of old paint and all. The infastructure does not support todays needs. The electric is old causing appliances to malfunction and the buttons in the elevators to not illuminate properly. High speed data is not available because of the wiring. DSL only. Not good if you're looking to surf or stream on TV. There is only one elevator! The owners have milked and let the buidling go to pot and have recently off loaded it to a group out of NYC. I have no problems living here and alot of other people here.So people stop bashing the new management there do their best and things are going to get better

We've lived in this complex for quite a few years. There is a stable quality to the resident population. These are older buildings, but well constructed so that sound does not travel easily between apartments. The setting, while handy to the road and busline, has a nice country feeling to it, and it's pleasant to walk around outside. The property has changed owners recently and they seem to be making improvements.
