I have lived here for about 6 years now, have never had a problem with parking, or with management, in fact the lady that runs Stone Gate is a pleasure..always helpful and when something needs to be fixed in my apartment...it s done that day.I like that they take great care of the apartments and the surrounding areas, our laundry room just got new front loading washers and new dyers and is well lit and safe...even when I do a load or two at 3am....

Here at Stonegate apartments, management gets to do whatever they want. They show favoritism, and they park even in the no towing zones just because they dont want to be inconvenienced. There is a strict no parking without a permit policy and the ONLY time managment calls the tow trucks is when she cant find a place to park. Her husband who is not a manager of the complex feels the need to act as such when it comes to parking as well. His truck is parkes in "manager only parking" spot all the time. There is one maintenace person here that is rude and always has a smart reply to your questions. There have been numerous times that ive had a question and he has either not anwsered it or acted like I inconvenienced him for opening my mouth. I assume he is in charge of maintenance here at Stonegate and this is very upsetting because managment already has issues and they seem to put others who have issues in managment type positions making it very unpleasant to live here.
