I love living here! Very flexible with pets and rent isn't too much!
We where going to sign our second lease, when someone moved in with bed bugs. We ended getting infeccted becayse of it, when we reported it to the office, they said we didn't report in time and was given one month notice to vacate. On top of that the kept our deposits and charged us for the extermination, put a black mark on our credit as bad tennets. Got screwed without even a discussion.
