I’ve been on the wait list for ever and office staff are never a help. Seems to me they hate the job. Always sound so miserable on the phone. I’m sure they don’t even got my application no more and lost it. Like why is the wait list so long. You mean to tell me there’s that much ppl applying for this run down place or ppl are just stuck in these apartments that they never want to move they bumasses out? Don’t even want to move here anymore. It’s not even worth it
Very irresponsible do not maintain their apartments, you have to keep bugging these people to fix things that are broken. So cheap
Buildings are quite old and aren't equipped to deal with the changing climate of the world. Connecticut has a wet season now and the basements, and possibly other rooms, WILL flood. Master bedrooms get super hot without AC and also chilly in winter.
