I’ve been here over 10 years and have been pleased with the overall service, maintenance, and cleanliness of the complex. Marylou is the best in the business!
Stonegate Apartments has been a home for me for a couple of years. Management is as kind as can be. Maintenance cares about your home. Patty, the property manager, always goes out of her way to make sure her tenants are safe and happy in their homes. Any issues that arise are resolved ASAP! Pets are welcome! I love that the complex is so close to activities and a short drive from the lake, harbors, and beaches! Summers are never burning - that’s for sure! I highly recommend making Stonegate Apartments your forever home!
Stonegate Apartments has been a great place with a very responsive office staff and efficient maintenance team. Everyone is helpful and easy to work with. Very happy with the experience!
I called Stonegate Apartments to inquire about availability, starting with a one-bedroom unit. Before I could even ask about a two-bedroom, the person I spoke with, who I believe was the property manager Mary, was very rude and unprofessional. The tone of the call felt dismissive and unpleasant. If this interaction is a reflection of how the company treats potential tenants, I would not recommend renting here.
