Dr.Panesar and his whole team is very professional, caring and truly passionate about animals. They always take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and treat my pet Chickoo like their own. The clinic is clean, organized and always welcoming. My pet feels comfortable and well cared for every time we visit. I am so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and compassionate clinic. Our emergency visit went well. Our Dak was well cared for and given excellent care. Minor issue with billing.
Unfortunately, I've been given the impression of disorganization and a lack of empathy and care from the staff on several occasions at this establishment. When i mentioned i was changing vets due to having concerns there, i wasn't even asked what those concerns were by the staff, just went by procedure. I didn't appriciate my pets being treated as just business as usual. Should be called stone-cold animal hospital. Very disappointed!
