The customer service poor for whomever is working today. I mentioned to be in a rush and she took her sweet time finishing up a bouquet. I wanted something small and wouldof been quick to make. She also had an attitude and was not warm and accommodating. I’ve been I many times in the past and had more pleasant experiences.
The bouquet was original , organic and beautifully arranged for my stepdaughter’s birthday. I had good and easy communication with Haley and she was accommodating upon my floral requests. Delivery was smooth . I would highly recommend this fabulous and innovative Brooklyn florist
I am very disappointed with my experience with this florist. I purchased a large flower arrangement the night before to be delivered the next day. On their website, it says, “Online orders for daily flower items require a 24 hour minimum for fulfillment.” I didn’t think that I would make this 24 hour window, but I still wanted to try. I was very disappointed with my flowers. The website for the flower shop showed much larger items for large bouquets, but when I went in-store, they gave me a small bouquet instead for the price of $108! Do not recommend it!
I hired Stonefruit Botanical for my September wedding in Manhattan, and I highly recommend them! My day of coordinator recommended Stonefruit. I had emailed a few vendors, and Stonefruit's kindness and warmth set them apart early on. I worked with Laura, who immediately answered my questions. I appreciated that Stonefruit sources flowers locally when they can, and they take the guess work out of the flower picking process.
