aweful. they will rip you off while have you living in horrible living situations and next to anyone. never have felt safe at a goldmark property. with my money or my wellbeing . I've never been happier finally getting out of this property management Kentwood / Sheridan pointe just robbed me $140.00 of my money for cleaning expenses when they don't even clean properly for a move out in which is my profession. and are infested with roaches because of it they charged me $150.00 to repaint from 1 hole from a command strip and m... read more

They suck I had cat piss when I moved in and other problems not a very good landlord at Oxford he was always high I give them a zero star I had someone move in they didn’t contact my co signer and u are supposed to we called an attorney I will never ever rent to them again they always have a bad name
