This was a great townhouse complex to live in between selling and building a house. The staff is friendly and quickly answers any questions you may have. The townhouse was very clean and move in ready. The grounds and clubhouse are beautiful. It's a great perk to have the clubhouse to use when needing more space. We had a fabulous party there. I had an absolutely outstanding experience living at this complex. This place is really the hidden gem of Bismarck, tons of amenities for a very fair price. Stacy and her team really go above and beyond! The facilities, grounds and common areas were always immaculate and in great repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to live there again.
