They can't keep a manager nor a maintenance person. We just recently lost a manager and maintenance. We've been through 6 in the time I've been here, and now we have new ones,,again. Corporate blames management, but it's really Corporate. You and the manager do your part and turn in paperwork, but Corporate doesn't do their part in a timely manner, so the tenants end up having to pay back rent. Nobody has respect around here, all they do is play loud music all the time. And they let their kids stay out late because they don't care what they do. I personally hate it here!!
