Honda has the best customer service. Jessie is amazing and always assist me with my service needs. He is great with answering all of my questions. Anthony in sales is great. He is knowledgeable about cars and very helpful.
My service advisor was Ms April Baer, who offered excellent service. I got into the shop an hour early with the intention of leaving my car for a 9:30am appointment. To my surprise my car was ready about 10am. I asked for a wheel alignment which was done almost immediately. My car was ready at 12 noon. I certainly recommend anyone to use Stonecrest Honda Service and have them ask for April.
My sevice provider was very respectful and knowledgeable.
