Amazing practice that goes out of thier way to make you feel welcome. They are very good about working schedules and getting you in when you need and not 3 months down the road. Biggest advantage is they dont make you feel like you are bothering them and treat patience with a great deal of respect. Other practices should take lessons from thier ability at customer service.
Dr Creque is one of those rare doctors that has down to earth common sense and compassion for myself and my wife. He will take as much time as you need to explain your symptoms and doesn’t rush through your visit unlike other providers that give you 5 minutes and they’re out the door. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are absolutely the best!
This has been my primary care for all of my adult life. Dr. Creque is knowledgeable, personable, and most of all, cares.
I called office to verify that they were taking new pts. I wanted a new doctor that was a lot closer to where I live. A family member, that is a long time pt of their practice highly recommended Stonecrest. I got turned down as a pt because “Although we would love to take care of everyone in Shelby County, it is impossible. Our decision is based upon keeping our small independently owned practice accessible to our already established patients”.
