Had a great experience! I came in for oil change Patricio was Kind and helpful. He suggested a few things that needed to be replaced but reassured me that it could be done in a future date and that I was still safe to drive. That for me had me in awe. As a woman and not knowing much about cars made me feel comfortable knowing how honest he was. At the end of service he actually replaced what I needed at no cost. I highly recommend this place and I for sure be a loyal customer now����
I was surprised by the excellent customer service and the quality of services that was provided. They provided a complete check up on my vehicle and let me know what would need to be taken care of now and in the future. No pressure sale, just information that was good to know..
I Really would like to Thank Victor & Mark from Shift, Auto, & Tires off of Murphy Canyon Dr for Helping me fix my Car. They did a Great Job!! Now I know where & who I'm taking my cars to be serviced & worked on.. Even if I have to drive 2 hrs from Brawley to San Diego Its worth the drive. Once again Thanx guys!!
I took my 2008 infinity for an oil change today and I was AMAZED with their service. I just paid for an oil change and without me asking the workers took the time to check everything else and aired up my tires. I made my trip to Arizona with no troubles. Now I'm heading back and I'm definitely going to recommend this shop to everyone. Workers are really polite and they definitely know how to do their job. From now on this is going to be my #1 auto shop
