We have a great view from our apartment and the layout is nice, but the downfalls outnuumber the good. We were constantly being complained to about our noise level, and all we were doing is running the dishwasher or getting ready for bed. It was ridiculous! Also there isnt enough parking. So annoying!
Stonecrest has a great vieiw of the city but fails to provide sufficient parkng for the number of tenants. Management does not live on premises and the only contact after hours is for maintenance emergencies. Review the lease carefully. The apartments do not have enough sound proofing and the tenants are extremely noisy.
