Everyone was so kind and friendly- including nurses, techs, housekeeping, dietary, PT and social workers! I feel I had excellent, compassionate care!
I went into Stonecrest emergency room on March 12th because I was having severe chest pains. The nurse who checked me in was extremely rude. I sat crying for 2 1/2 hours and when I asked when they could look at me the nurse told me I would have to wait because they were going in order of what they felt was important to minor and.
