My experience began at Stonecrest this time at 8:30am on 5-16,2026. I received a phone call from my doctor about 7am saying I needed to go to the ER right then due to some abnormal lab results he was notified about. As soon as I got to the ER they took me to a room and the sweetest nurse, name Caroline, took control of my care and assured me I would be OK. I was admitted for a work related injury. Seeing as it is the ER and I was stable, I anticipated a long wait. During my wait, I saw several nurses full of compassion triaging patients that were emergent as they were admitted. When it was my turn, my care team was Alison, Amanda, and Beth. I had an out patient procedure on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. I was under the care of Dr. Montemuro who is very personable and very caring. He had prepared me before admission and answered my questions about the procedure. I trust him very, much. Horrific. Not hospital's fault,they were fantastic. Ended up having to have two surgeries in a matter of three and a half weeks. During first surgery they nicked my spinal cord,ive been in bed for a month. Still,cant get real answers or call backs from Dr office. They do not listen.
