I had the worst care today. I’ve been a patient with dr Westermeier’s for 20-25 years and have always recommended them to family and friends without any hesitation. But today was a totally different experience. I had Emily as the hygienist and Dr Janae Garofalo. Both were rude and unprofessional. Dr Janae was threatening and belittling. Emily was uncaring and not thorough.

RecommendedMy family and my sister’s family use Westermeier Martin for all our dental needs. We have members in our families that have high anxiety, a family member with autism, and family members with general dental phobias. We highly recommend Westermeier Martin. East Aurora is our location of choice and the entire staff is incredible. My daughter used to cry about going to the dentist, she still gets nervous, but her appointments always end with her laughing, smiling, and chatting with the staff.
