Run as far away as you can. They seem nice at first — until there’s an actual problem. I had to deal with my neighbor’s dog constantly leaving piles of poop outside their porch. The dog wasn’t even listed on their lease, and it lived outside with no food or water most of the time. I contacted management several times, but they did absolutely nothing.
