I’m disappointed that I moved into this apartment. Although I like the building, I have the neighbors from hell living above me. Constant banging and running upstairs 24/7. Although I have complained numerous times to management nothing has been done. I asked if I could move to another apartment within the community and was informed that I would have to pay $3,000 to break my lease. We love it here!!!! Jarad recently came and fixed some things in unit, he was quick, efficient, and friendly! He even checked up on things when he saw me on the grounds. He's great! Ray is also wonderful, as is the office staff. They really seem to run things well here, and keep up with maintenance of the complex. It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! Worth every penny!
We have lived here for a couple of years now and I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely community to live in. The management office personnel, specifically Stephanie, AJ, and Brenda are like family. They are welcoming and address any concerns immediately. Stephanie may or may not even keep a stash of snacks for my child when she comes to say hi after school. I've been a tenant at Stone creek apt for the past 10 years! The maintenance team especially Jarad have been a great help! Jarad is always friendly and willing to explain the problem and how he is going solve it.He is efficent and knows what he's doing and goes the extra step! I'm always happy when I see Jarad is handling the problem I know it will be done properly! I am very happy that Jarad is part of the team!
I love living here and feel very comfortable. I enjoy the pool and BBQs and my neighbors are all great! Ray and AJ always take care of any service needs and all office and grounds staff are sweet and friendly!
