Run as far away as you can. They seem nice at first — until there’s an actual problem. I had to deal with my neighbor’s dog constantly leaving piles of poop outside their porch. The dog wasn’t even listed on their lease, and it lived outside with no food or water most of the time. I contacted management several times, but they did absolutely nothing. I’m disappointed that I moved into this apartment. Although I like the building, I have the neighbors from hell living above me. Constant banging and running upstairs 24/7. Although I have complained numerous times to management nothing has been done. I asked if I could move to another apartment within the community and was informed that I would have to pay $3,000 to break my lease. We love it here!!!! Jarad recently came and fixed some things in unit, he was quick, efficient, and friendly! He even checked up on things when he saw me on the grounds. He's great! Ray is also wonderful, as is the office staff. They really seem to run things well here, and keep up with maintenance of the complex. It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! Worth every penny!
