I enjoyed seeing the cleanliness of this location. They serious about their property.
Tenants who have pets allow them to poop and urinate in the hallway and under the stars.
This complex is a great place to live l am grateful to the staff and the nice people who live here. Thank you from my heart
Cynthia Mills took copies of all my paperwork personal and financial documents then blocked all my future emails and texts I’m so glad the application fee was only $18 but she made it seem like it was a necessity for me to drive from Columbia SC to Mooresville like it was so imperative, but I pray to God that she shears all my information because I no longer trust her or the companies process reporting them to HUD today along with the Statesville Housing Agency
