Our fireplace had never really worked properly since the house was new. We finally got around to calling someone to look at it. I had an appt. at 12:30, and I got a call from the tech telling me he was running early, and was that OK. Yep! He took off his shoes when he entered the house, even though I told him he didn't need to. He proceded to look over the fireplace, pull it all apart, inspect the chimney portion, then he cleaned everything, fixed a gas leak from whoever initially installed it (thank God), and he put everyth... read more
