Overall the apartment is just okay. Only two elevators for the building and they are tiny and slow moving. The building is old so expect the usual problems with that. Building is not accessible and can be tough to bring groceries, bikes, etc into your apartment. Also worth mentioning the endless construction in the area which is disruptive during the day. Balconies are spacious but spiders are plenty!
Do not live there since many people move in then move out! It also has any problems with bi law and the police and it has had bed bugs and cockroaches and mice! The manager Lorali is German and still a believer in Nazism. Kevin the supper is two faced. Count your self Warren’s.
