Dr Ammar is amazing doctor he is my family doctor very happy with his service
The receptionist did not seem aware of the situation today. I arrived with my son, and she entered his name wrong into the system, which resulted in us waiting for about an hour and a half. When I followed up with her, she appeared to find the situation funny instead of addressing the issue, even though my son is quite sick. This was very concerning. I hope management can address this seriously and ensure staff are properly trained so this doesn’t happen to other patients.
Amazing service and caring specially when the case is emergency from the receptionists, staff and Dr. Ammar and Dr.Matti.
