The staff cancelled my appointment in November. I have been trying to get it rescheduled for months with zero success. The company doesn't seem to be very concerned with the health of their patients or following through with appointment setting.
The staff is very nice. I just started work and had scheduling conflicts last minute. They ended up rescheduling last minute for me and I’m glad they did. Go here if you wanna deal with nice, not dick people lol
I use to work in dentistry and this place is great! The staff were inviting and the service was beyond amazing! Even as a new patient, they were able to get me in and be able to address all my needs. Thank you for everything!
I cannot stress this enough—Stonebrook Family Dental is the place to go! The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, creating a welcoming and family-like atmosphere. I made my appointment several months out and they cancelled at the last minute, saying there were no hygienists available. The visit before that, I had a very rude experience with one of their workers making personal comments and assumptions about my oral health. Haven't returned since. I learned to report any further incidents to the ADA. I also had a failed root canal in very similar circumstances to another review here.
