went there Sunday night 25th of November around 7 p.m. all the Matt's are ripped or in very poor condition the lights are very dim you can barely see your golf ball through the darkness of the Shadows very poor ball quality they lowered all the lights in the field and they are very dim and half of them don't even work so you can't even see your ball flight when you're hitting their top Tracer technology never seems to work in a few of the Stalls they're not even installed anymore but they charge you top dollar for a bucket o... read more
Customer service is terrible, calls to home office are not returned.

My first visit this afternoon. It was nice to hit in the covered stall. Ability to use credit card in ball machine is awesome. Stall was very clean and mats were in great condition. I was interested in the Protracer technology, but could not find the app in Google Play store. The guy next to me used it (with an android phone) and it looked pretty cool. Any idea what's up with the app?
It had been years since I last visited Stonebrook. But it didn’t disappoint. The addition of the ProTracer is the aspect that will bring me back. Now I can have a better idea of my club distances, carry, and shot shape. Keep up the great work!
All 3 machines are out of service. Starting to bum me out.
I don't know about some of you people complaining but please point me an outdoor range that is open year-round in Northeast Ohio for you to hit some balls? Stonebrook is a great facility with the heated bays and the pro-tracer friendly bays as well. Great for keeping the swing alright when no where else is open
Absolutely infuriating. I came here after work to hit a bucket of balls and you were out of them. YOU ARE A FREAKING DRIVING RANGE. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN. Absolute joke and I will not be coming back.
The place is cool but has no management. If anything ever goes wrong with the ball machines you are just out of luck. If you ask for help from anyone who works there then they treat you like crap and do nothing.
