RecommendedI don't mind the apartments at all. staff is fairly nice. maintenance is typically fairly quick. however, the issue are the neighbors 😒 currently have a group of younger adults living next to me who never stop blasting their music with their bass turned all the way up. asking them to stop does nothing. tried emailing the apartment complex and that hasn't helped either. makes it very annoying when you have a very young child and you're just trying to relax and can hear nothing but their bass 🥺
The manager of these apartments find anything and everything to charge you money for. They’re rude as all get out. The apartments are in horrible conditions. The neighbors do nothing but gossip. My refrigerator was leaking and caused water damage to the kitchen floor. The maintenance man told me to throw a rug over the damage. He also told me to turn the temperature up in the refrigerator and put paper towels in the back. However it continues to soak the kitchen floor. Management is a scam and liars. They will not follow their own company policies or lease terms and will try to charge your for things you are not responsible for. Terrible place to live. Managed by rats.
Awful place to live ! My AC was 79 yesterday . Hey have been coming out for days barely doing anything to fix it . Yesterday they just completely shut it off and gave me one window ac unit. I was able to barrow a couple others from my family. With 3 of them running it’s still 80 degrees. I do not recommend this place . They told me they would have to contact the property manager on Monday and that was yesterday. Having NO AC in this 100 degree weather should be an emergency situation especially when I have children. I highly... read more
