The manager of these apartments find anything and everything to charge you money for. They’re rude as all get out. The apartments are in horrible conditions. The neighbors do nothing but gossip. My refrigerator was leaking and caused water damage to the kitchen floor. The maintenance man told me to throw a rug over the damage. He also told me to turn the temperature up in the refrigerator and put paper towels in the back. However it continues to soak the kitchen floor. apartments are in need of upgrades. high rent for the conditions. lots of stray cats and management does nothing about them, dogs are not leashed per lease agreement. avoid at all costs. cannot wait until my lease is up
