Love the management and the Apartments are well taken care of. All service requests are responded to in a timely manner. My one complaint is the situation with the gate. It works at times and then when it does work, it doesn't? Like there's been multiple mornings where one side will stop working and then you have to drive around to the other side in order to leave for work. Not quite sure what's going on with that.
I have lived here a total of 14 month out of my 15 month lease, no problems until around december 2025. Two months straight of seeing tiny roaches, with pest control telling me "that just happens. Now with a month left i have been seeing MICE! maintence came once said they could only put pellets down, Ok. two days later one was in my room, i went out of my way to buy my own traps, in three days i have caught FOUR MICE,, saw the fifth one in my stove somehow? and the front office said they will just send maintence out again, ... read more
