Don't move here. Just because it's on Holly Tree Drive, is irrelevant. I lived there for almost five years. At first it was nice, quiet, and clean. Then new MGT took over. I had countless issues with food disposal not working or draining in my bathroom and kitchen sink as well as bathtub. There was a shooting by the pool. And a man got robbed, attacked and beat up with blood from parking lot and up and down stairs. Also past residents files stored in an area of the laundromat by the mailboxes. This complex is dirty with roaches and their amenities are mediocre (at least the ones that exist). Learned after moving in from neighbors that the crime is high and many people experience car break ins. I should have known it was a sketchy place when a girl walked into the front office as I was signing papers upset that someone was keying her car.. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. They lie to you about everything being taken care after moving out but then send a small amount to collections and use the “unfortunat... read more
My fiancé and I have lived in this apartment for about a year and a half and everything has been great! Fred and the rest of the maintenance crew do fantastic jobs at making sure things are taken care of right away. No waiting days or weeks to get things done!
Fred helped us out with a problem we had with our fan and he was phenomenal! He made sure everything was perfect and had an amazing attitude and personality!
Fred & Josh did an excellent job on my repair request. They found the problem quickly and resolved it. Those guys really know their stuff!
