Ok...but parking is a big problem. South SAC area unfavorable.
Stonebrook apartments is not fancy but not bad it's a decent place to live if moneys tight and is there anyway I can know if stonebrook charges for having dogs and cats?
I have lived here for a year and a half, and I love the spot. Great location. Great pool. Management and maintenance are attentive to any issues. Easy freeway access. A super place to live!
Drunk tenants sleeping in the grass. Bathroom was flooded due to a pipe bursting open inside of the walls.
