Tenants are rude and try to kick people out for parking in “their spot” when there is no assigned parking.
Do NOT Move here!!! Crystal / Courtney is a Horrible manager and her leasing agent Lucy is just as bad !! Would not recommend
The manager Courtney will set you up for failure . Don’t do it !
I have lived here for about 10 yrs now, went from a 2 bd/1 ba to a 1/1 and now back in a 2/1. The office staff has been very helpful over the years. Courtney and Hope particularly. The maintenance guys have always taken care of me. I've lived in more than 20 apartments in my life and you will always have loud neighbors, but if I call the courtesy patrol, they come ask the people to turn it down. I would put Stonebrook in my top 5 easily.
Awesome Apartments! Very spacious! We just moved into La Villa a few weeks ago thanks to Courtney! Staff is pleasant and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great schools great people and great shopping nearby!
