We absolutely love living here. Amenities are wonderful. The grounds are kept up and clean. It’s rather quiet.Kandice and the office staff are wonderful. My only complaints are the people drive like idiots and fly through the parking lot and parents do not watch their children. Kids are running free everywhere and many times there are no parents in sight. Minor details but it can be quite frustrating at times.
These are beautiful apartments and very well maintained. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors very well. I have not been able to sleep at night due to neighbors staying up very late and hearing their alarm go off over and over again in the morning.
They take your whole security deposit and make you pay for carpet cleaning, cleaning services, and painting. And when you question them about why you are not getting your security deposit back and why you have to pay additional money for these services, kandis ignores your calls completely and sends you to collections.
