I want to give 0, I’ve had the worst experience w/this complex, besides Four Seasons. For almost 11 months, I’ve been dealing w/these bias ppl, they took $90 of my money, knowing they weren’t going to qualify me..they put me thru the ringer, giving me every possible reason to deny me, but I’m glad to hear that this is not the best place to live @. We absolutely love living here. Amenities are wonderful. The grounds are kept up and clean. It’s rather quiet.Kandice and the office staff are wonderful. My only complaints are the people drive like idiots and fly through the parking lot and parents do not watch their children. Kids are running free everywhere and many times there are no parents in sight. Minor details but it can be quite frustrating at times.
