Incredible property! I’ve lived at Stonebridge for four years - this place is a true gem. Location is great - it’s a quick walk to both the West Bank of the flats and Ohio City, right next to a great bike path over to Whiskey Island and only a quick ride to the Towpath. It’s got great views of the river and downtown, and parking is the cheapest of anywhere in the city. KDCrooks Save your money. You can easily find better housing, accommodations and service in the nearby section 8/low incoming housing projects located down on W. 25th Street. Douglas Price, Cyndi Kriz and the "K&D Group", the word is spreading. It always brings a smile to my face when I walk the 1500 block of Detroit and see all of the vacant units in the "Waterfront" building.
Keep Looking. I have lived there for 11 months now, and I'm itching to get out. Not only are the front staff girls completely incompetent -- forgetting to charge our rent or take out our water bill, even though our credit cards are on file to be automatically charged -- but they are extremely rude and unhelpful. The place is beautiful and undergoing many updates, but not worth all of the stress from the lack of help at the front desk and sleepless nights from the noise levels. Great place to live Been living here for a year and a half and love the spot, you get a great view of the river and downtown and I work from home and watch the boats go by all day. Property managers are excellent, Ashley is on top of things and is very good at her job. Maintenance always comes quickly and does a good job. Access to the Superior Viaduct is a major plus and one of the main reasons I picked this place. I ride my bike everywhere and being able to take the elevator to the top saves my legs. Worse apartment building ever Poor management. Poor staff. Poor appliances for the price. Poor elevators. Poor parking. Poor everything. Save your time and your money! They do not care about their residents. There is not a trash shoot. They are very rude in the front office.

We take pride in offering residents a stellar place to call home, and we work hard to address any issues that arise. We utilize trash containers off street instead of chutes to maintain a pest free property. We also offer four parking options in our community, so there are plenty to choose from. This is by far the worse apartment you could move into. The management is horrible, they do not care about their tenants, they are very nasty and speaks to their customers any kind of way Ashley is one of the leasing agents and very rude, she doesn’t even want you to ask a simple question for help without her saying something rude back. I’d rate no stars, OH & they have roaches & bedbugs! A friend of mine apartment was infested by her neighbors. She lives on the 2nd floor.
Perfect spot We've been at Stonebridge for almost two years and picked this place over the 7+ other apartments we toured downtown. The office staff is AMAZING - the manager knows everyone by name and is a joy to chat with. The maintenance guys are top notch, too! Our water heater broke a while back (just typical wear-and-tear) and they had a team over to replace it within 24 hours. Great Leasing Experience, We love the view We have just moved in, but what I can tell you is that the leasing experience was very easy, and the staff is friendly and responsive! They have an open office and welcome you to come in and talk, very accessible. Our full height windows in the living room are awesome and we are fully enjoying our views! So far so good! A really great value and size of apartments.

StoneBridge Waterfront This property is great!! Friendly staff, very attentive, very knowledgeable about the area and the property itself. Jay and John are great at what they do and create a space that you want to be apart of. Move in was simple and stress free thanks to the staff.
