Very personable. Not too busy. Easy access to the main road.
I was faced with a very serious situation with my senior dog, and I received such support. Follow-up phone calls from two different surgeons outlining what the procedure would entail and the recovery process. An extremely supportive staff, from the front office to the surgical team. Extremely knowledgeable, Flexible hours, available just to talk with about any concerns I have. I would highly recommend Stonebridge all the way from routine animal checkups, all the way to surgery and care beyond. Very compassionate team.
Wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They have been great at accommodating last-minute appointments for my urgent (non-emergency) pet healthcare-related concerns. They helped me make the difficult decision to put my 10-year-old senior boy down last November due to behavioral reasons. We brought our new Cane Corso puppy here and I'm glad that we did! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and we're all happy meet our new furry family member. I did not feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me with uneeded services or products like we've experienced in the past with other vets. We're looking forward to being in our dog for visits!
