Three weeks ago I visited the clinic for the first time, it was an annual visit and shots for my two cats. It was decided that I would come back in 3 weeks for their booster, which I did. I was shocked when I went to pay for the boosters and the price was higher than the original visit. When I got home and reviewed the bill, I was charged $117.11 per cat for a physical examination and consultation which I just had and paid for 3 weeks before. The actual booster was $23.19/cat. I called to request information after rescuing a cat from a (for lack of better words) drug user living in poor conditions. When I called, I inquired about spay options as the cat is approximately 9 months old. The woman I spoke to asked about vaccinations and when I told her that it was unlikely she's been vaccinated, she had a judgmental tone and said "no vaccines at nine months already? hmm." We recently lost our dog in an accident. Stonebridge Vet was very caring and considerate. They gave us wonderful service and they even sent us a card with our dogs prints inside the card as well as some we could frame. We truly appreciate the heart felt gesture.
I’ve been to Dr. Adeniran twice now with two of my dogs, and both experiences were outstanding. The first visit was for my dog who had been experiencing bloody diarrhea on and off for three weeks. From the start, Dr. Adeniran was incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate.
