I wanted to share our personal experiences with the WONDERFUL Staff of Stonebridge Assisted living in Russellville, Arkansas. We were so very Blessed to have been accepted into this “Home” for Seniors. My brother had early onset dementia but could manage on his own for the most part except for medication and cooked meals. We were contacted by a social worker that they were accepting Medicaid Waivers and had a couple of openings, and we applied and he was accepted!
