I am shocked to see the other reviews. My brother is 64 and declining from Parkinson's. He has gone from assisted living to skilled nursing in only a year. StoneBridge is the 4th facility he has lived in. We have been there for a month and he has received fabulous care. From admissions to the nurses, We've only received professional quality care. Do not take a family member here. I’m surprised more residents do not die from the care here. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Low staffed, or lots of staff call ins. Staff would yell at residents for using call light. Give wrong medications or argue with residents about meds, forget to give meds. Forget to check blood sugar and give insulin. Forget to give meals to residents in rooms Leave residents in bed all day or till 1:00pm Let residents sit in bowel and bladder all day in wheel chair One staff member brings her child... read more

If you have a loved one please never use this facility. Although I don’t have proof, I’m pretty sure they are the reason my father died. He died of blunt force trauma and bled internally from improper handling of my father during a bed transfer. That, along with the place smelling of urine and poop. We had to hold our nose every time we walked the halls. My dad also had a hole in the exterior wall of his room that you could see through.
