Dr. Fleury and Dr. Carter and the worst doctors I have ever dealt with! Dr. Fleury misdiagnosed my epilepsy over the phone, because she refuses to see anyone in person. She didn't see any videos of my seizures or see me face to face to ask me diagnostic questions. She just pushed pills and more pills and more pills. And whenever I would ask about looking into surgery she wouldn’t even let us talk about it. She said she would consider surgery after I was on 3 pills and still having seizures. I’ve been going to this neurology clinic for 4 years now. I will say if you get referred to Dr. Flurry don’t even bother going. I now have Dr.Savard and she has been very good to me. I’m giving this review a one star because of my three years wasted with dr flurry and the receptionist specifically Kristen is horrible to try to talk, even if you ask her a simple question she’s is rude and horrible at her job. If I could find a different neurologist that is as nice as dr Savard I would happy to never deal with this office agai... read more
I will start off by saying that the neurologists and doctors here are fantastic and very considerate and personable. I would give my neurologist a 5/5. However, the horrible administration staff completely destroys the reputation of the clinic. The administration are extremely rude both in person and on the phone. They do not answer the phones and send calls straight to voicemail. They schedule appointments without informing patients of the date. As the initial point of contact for the clinic, this behavior is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the practice's commitment to patient care.
