StoneBridge acquired the apartment that I live in, Gramercy at Town Place in Columbia, MD, and ever since, the quality of living here has decreased dramatically. I got to experience the downside to that approach firsthand in their recent Copper Springs Apartment acquisition. StoneBridge was wholly unprepared to take over ownership of the vintage 1989 apartment complex, with 366 units and a maintenance team that for much of the last four months consisted of only two employees.
