I booked this property yesterday 8-30-25, based off of a few positive reviews and the location. I made reservations with a 3rd party, which is Expedia. I selected the option book now and pay later. The details stated no money is due at booking. You will be charged the full and final payment upon arrival. Today, I checked my account and there were 2 separate charges from this resort.
