Hotel was good and in nice location. We arrived the hotel when it was dark and the hotel sign was not clearly visible so we missed it and had to turn back to find it. Other than that everything was good.
Great stay! Service at all levels was excellent - even with directions for this first-timer! Location superb, excellent value, too!
My overall rating is mostly based on the customer service- or complete lack thereof that I received on my visit the weekend of September 26th. When checking in - the guy checking us in firstly showed absolutely no hospitality- not even interested in looking at me let alone any greeting. I asked him where to park and he just says - park across the street in any lot - no more details. This place was awesome. The rooms were older but very very clean. The restaurant Manager Katja was amazing. The bartender Stephanie was a sweetheart. We wanted to take her home with us lol. The food was amazing. Rarely do we eat at a hotel but man I’m glad I did. The food was delicious and service was the best part of the entire stay. The only downside was the hot tub was not working. Would I stay here again absolutely.
