For what it is, it’s great. Wasn’t sure based on other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We had a clean room, comfy bed, good location, cute lobby.
We had an amazing stay in Snowmass, but what truly set our experience apart was the incredible service from Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond in so many ways—from remembering our names and car days later, to helping us when our car was snowed in by bringing out hot water and shovels. His genuine kindness and attention to detail was exceptional and made a hard situation so much easier. If you’re staying here, know that you’re in great hands with Paul. His hospitality is next level
They gave me a whole run around about where I could extend my stay or not and waited until the last minute to tell me that the room was bought by another guest. The shower is outdated and the heat wasn’t working. The TV also wasn’t working. I wouldn’t visit again, very inconvenient
