This is regards to the leasing agent Destiny?? Jessica whatever her name is. We scheduled a tour for 11am today. We arrived at the apartments at 11:05 due to traffic. No one was in office or answered the phone. We even tried calling at 11am to let her know we may be a few minutes late. No anwser. We waited outside for 10 to 15 minutes for her to arrive. Nothing happened. This is unprofessional.
Current resident who's seen only the "newer" management. I initially lived in a 1 bedroom and upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Before signing a lease, they were running a special where you get $500 off the next month and a free ring doorbell. Never got my doorbell. When I moved into the 1 bedroom, it was classified as "move in ready" with a broken A/C (in the middle of June), broken lights, a disgusting bath tub, and utility closet doors falling off the hinges. By far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. If you are disabled ESPECIALLY do not live here. They left me stranded with no washer for 2 months while I was recovering from a surgery. A maintenance worker didnt even come to look at the broken washer for 1 month. They will avoid calls and act surprised when you show up at the office. I have filed complaints with the ADA, Health department, and housing. Hidden fees everywhere. $60+ just pay rent online. The trash is always overran. Update: Since the old management team returned, response time has greatly improved. I've had to email the office twice regarding two different issues, and each time Natasha had the problem resolved within 24 hours. The group of ladies currently running the office are amazing! These are by far the worst apartments I have stayed in. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My garage door has been broken for 2 months and I honestly believe they have no plans on resolving the issue.
