Honestly man… I wanted my experience here to be great, but I am nowhere near satisfied. The Stonebridge was my dream apartment complex for so long. The entire time I’ve been here, it’s been crazy. Things like: bugs(cockroaches, centipedes, German roaches, spiders, etc), loud barking from the neighbors' dogs 24/7, constant stomping, screaming(I’m assuming because they have loud neighbors as well), water on the floors after it rains, LIZARDS, etc. It’s like a zoo! I did a short 8 month rental here for my child. Apartment complex is safe and in a nice part of town. Very inexpensive , rent and utilities was less than $1500 monthly for a 1 bedroom. Security deposit returned without issue. This is probably one of the first complexes that didn’t manufacture damage charges. Very honest rental company
Edited: Apartment 1127 I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Let me start by saying the “renovated” apartments are not renovated. They throw on marble countertops and install a new fridge and microwave and that’s about it. Upon receiving my key I walked over and realized my door was already unlocked because they did not change the locks and there was urine in my toilet. They keep removing my original review with pictures of a leak and mold they did not handle properly. Left me stranded without a washer while I was recovering from surgery. I will literally add my review as many times as I have to out of sheer disgust for these apartments and leasing management. It is FOUL to request I call you to talk about the issues I had when you all didn’t care about them when it was happening.
I toured the apartments with Kierra, and she was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable about the property and the area, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The apartments were beautiful definitely worth checking out!
