Me and my husband drove 2.5 hours to do some apartment tours around Fargo. We toured 5 different apartment complexes and this one was our favorite by far. Tanya gave us an amazing tour, printed papers with all the information we needed, and we left the tour feeling so excited and informed. She was friendly and cared about what we wanted and needed in our future apartment. I could go on and on about how amazing she did and how helpful she was!! Thank you Tanya!! :)
I love living here. Management Tanya and Stephanie are so sweet. They always greet you with a genuine smile on their faces. The maintenance guy mike is super sweet and respectful. My favorite goldmark property.

My family and I have had a 5 star experience from the very first phone call to ask about availability. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. They made the experience very pleasant and continue to do so once you live here. The apartments are well cared for and maintained. I always feel safe and love how quiet and peaceful it is. It is all greatly appreciated.
