I'd give this complex negative stars if I could. They charged my son an extra $150 in "administrative fees" when he submitted his application (in addition to the standard application fee) and then ghosted and never contracted him. My husband posted a negative review last week and they deleted the review and blocked him on facebook. Within 10 minutes of my husband posting his review they did contact my son for "updated income information" since they decided nearly 3 weeks after he applied that his info needed to be updated. RecommendedI definitely recommend Stonebridge. It’s a great location right next to the Greene. The staff is very helpful and maintenance repairs are very timely. I just moved from a one bedroom into a two bedroom apartment and couldn’t be more pleased about the ease of the transfer process.
I have been living here since July and I love it! I have a spacious apartment, a washer dryer hook up and I am close to everything I need to be. I love how big the complex is and the club house is super nice. Everyone in the office is pleasant and I love talking with all of them.
The staff is both personable and efficient. When applying, they were quick to finish the paperwork and prepare me as a new resident. Even when presented with an issue with the lease, they were quick to correct the mistake. Upon move-in day, the apartment was found in excellent condition and was clean. A minor issue was experience with an appliance, but was quickly fixed by the knowledgeable maintenance staff. For the price of the rent, the apartments are very large. The maintenance staff as a joke and doesn't do their job. Didn't have air the first 3 months living here. Have had a leaky window since I moved in in March and they just want to patch it and it's still leaks 7 months later. I would never recommend anyone moving here
