I hired this company based on positive reviews, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Communication with Keith was extremely poor—he was rarely available to talk or respond to messages. Although he rescheduled my appointment (which I was fine with), the inspection process felt rushed, especially the walkthrough. After the inspection, I had to follow up multiple times for the report.
