went to have annual pictures with Santa after Christmas pics at JC Penny. Went to Santa website to verify time before leaving JCP. Website said 11:00. We arrived at 10:30, got in line before 11:00. NO Santa. Then noticed their sign said 12:00. by then, the 3 kids we had with us were hungry and tired of waiting. Very poor communication. Needless to say - we did NOT get Santa pics done this year - with our 8 month old granddaughter and 2 grandsons.
As the wife and I left the mall today we both had the same thought. How uninspiring it was to us getting in the Holiday Spirit! While this is just our opinion it seems as they are catering to those of differing faith ..... If not for the revenue generating Santa booth for pictures I am not sure I would have known it was Christmas once in the mall.
