My wife & I rented a two bedroom apartment at Stonebriar for about three months. The apartment was clean, the appliances were all in good working order, and the neighborhood was friendly. The staff was very helpful, considerate and capable. Any issue's were resolved quickly and efficiently. Dont ever live at stonebriar. Heather is a Bitch wrose manager ever if you have a dog. She will tell you to clean up the poop even when its not your she does not listen to you. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NEVER BE A MANAGER AGAIN. Dont move to Bend OR. And at Stonebriar wrose place we ever moved to. This place is HELL

Stone Briar in Bend – THE WORST POSSIBLE APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am a professional adult who lives with my young daughter in Stone Briar. I decided to move into these apartments to save money, and I knew I wouldn’t have any problems because its just me and my daughter. BEST place EVER to live! – This has been the most awesome place to live! The price is right, the places are big, the people who work and live here are fabulous and there are tons of amenities to choose from! My family and I will not be moving for a very long time! This is home. Apartment living, but with the feel of a Resort! Best place EVER!!!

Nice – Well prices must have changed because a 3bd is only 775, the dog poo thing has been taken care off. It's nice to be able to use the rec center for party's. Pool and work out facility are rarely crowded. The only problem is 3bdrm are 10sf smaller than the 2 bdrms and personally we have some very picky and annoying neighbors but ppl come and go.

This is a very clean place with a pool and work out facility! They always have nice neighbors. The only issue is no one seems to pick up there dog poop and the management points fingers at certain people. The rent is a little too high for the economy being so bad. We pay $870 a month for a three bedroom, which is too much. Other than the high rent its a very nice place to live,and the always have someone to fix your broken items! They do not change management every month like all the other apartments.

Worst Place to Rent – Money hungry and unable to work with you if you are in a bad situation. All you are to them is a rent check. Also, even if you left your apartment clean, they nail your deposit with "mandatory" cleaning and shampooing. Find somewhere better to rent.
