If I could give zero stars I would. And, if I could do it all over again, I would use a different vendor. This one provided dismal customer service; I found I was always the one calling or emailing them to have an update on whether the stone was in, and when it could be installed etc. Then, on installation they damaged my new kitchen countertops and disappeared after sending an email indicating they were 'working on a solution for me.' 3 mos. have sinced passed: #notholdingmybreath
The customer service provided at the Stoneworx is second to none! They really listened to our vision for our new home, and took the time to help me find the perfect selections to help make our dream come true! Not only did Deb help us find beautiful unique pieces, she also showed us remnants – which worked perfectly in a few of the rooms – providing a custom look at a great price point!
